Our story
How it started
Munchyhub started because we couldn't find a treat worth ordering.
The genuinely good stuff — real, handmade, properly made — only existed at the bakery down the road, and only if you happened to live near one. Everything you could actually get delivered was mass-produced and built for shelf life.
So we set out to fix that: artisan treats, made with real ingredients and the care you'd give your own family, delivered to any door in the UK. No compromise — just proper bakes, the way they should be.

She leads recipe development and quality, bringing warmth, craft and an exacting eye to every single bake.

Peter leads with over a decade of business experience, keeping Munchyhub on course for growth and innovation as co-founder — a powerhouse across marketing, tech and operations, with a knack for seeing the big picture and getting proper treats into the right hands.

Proof of concept
Before anything else, we had to prove the idea: a treat made properly — real ingredients, no shortcuts — that people would choose over anything on a supermarket shelf.
We tested recipes on friends, family and colleagues, refined relentlessly, and grew a following online.
The answer came back loud: people were done settling for mass-produced.
From a home kitchen
What started in a home kitchen and a garage became our first local delivery round across Manchester — every box hand-baked, hand-packed and dropped off ourselves.
The care we put into those first boxes is the exact standard we hold today.
Our first bakery & restaurant
We opened our first bakery and restaurant in Manchester — a place where people could taste the difference in person.
It quickly became the heart of Munchyhub: proof that proper, handmade treats belong, and a home for the people who'd backed us from day one.
Going nationwide
Great treats shouldn't depend on living near a good bakery.
So we took Munchyhub online and began delivering our boxes across the country — real, handmade treats at any door in the UK, no postcode lottery.
A bakery of our own
To reach the whole country without ever cutting a corner, we opened a dedicated bakery — our own production home, built for proper baking at scale.
More reach, same no-compromise standard: still made the way you'd make it at home, just for far more doors.
A third home
Next on the horizon: a third location, as Munchyhub grows from a name you order into a place you can visit.
