Why work with us
The easiest line on your counter
Picture the case on a busy morning: full, consistent, and none of it baked in-house. No 5am baking shift, no staff time, no waste on offcuts — just pre-cut, ready-to-sell bakes that arrive fresh and earn a proper margin from day one.
Your customers get something worth coming back for.
You get the easiest line on your menu.

Why the trade chooses us
• Delivered fresh, not frozen. Much of the wholesale market ships frozen for you to defrost. Ours arrives freshly baked, ready to sell that day — and anything you're not using goes straight in your freezer. You control the pace, not the delivery.
• Real ingredients, no compromise. Organic flour, free-range eggs, real Belgian chocolate, and no preservatives or artificial flavours in our own baking. A premium product you can price as one.
• Individually wrapped, less waste. Every piece is sealed in NatureFlex and keeps for up to 10 days on display — grab-and-go ready, with none of the waste of an open tray.
• Delivery you can plan around. Next-day tracked with Royal Mail, on the schedule that suits you. Restock in a couple of clicks.
• Deal directly with the owners. Your account manager is one of the two people who own and run Munchyhub. No middlemen, no call centre, no being passed around — the person you message is the person who decides.

The wholesale range
Brownies
The counter classic, done properly. Five artisan flavours — from the pure dark-chocolate original to raspberry jam, Oreo, Lotus Biscoff and Nutella & pecan — pre-cut at 100–125g, ready to price as the premium bake it is.
Blondies
Our raspberry jam blondie outsells everything else we bake — golden, buttery, ribboned with organic raspberry jam. If your counter carries one thing of ours, stockists tell us this should be it.
Shortbreads
Buttery, crumbly and built in layers — including our Millionaire, topped with slow-cooked golden caramel and a snap of Belgian milk chocolate. Pressed and baked by hand with organic flour and real butter: the cabinet piece that sells on looks alone. Shortbread, no shortcuts.
Thick New York-style cookies at a proper 100g — chocolate, walnut chocolate, matcha and red velvet. Individually wrapped, they're grab-and-go ready beside your till, with none of the waste of an open tray.
Cakes
Our banana slab cake is the quiet bestseller of the range — soft, comforting, at home beside a coffee. Pre-cut and ready to plate, it’s the easy pudding your kitchen doesn’t have to make.
Loaf Cakes
Proper cake, cut thick — soft, tender-crumbed slices that look fresh off a kitchen counter, not out of a factory wrapper. Baked with organic flour, free-range eggs and real butter, it’s the natural partner to the coffee you already serve.
Babkas
Slow-proved and hand-twisted, with ribbons of filling folded through every turn — the bake customers photograph before they eat it. Made with organic flour, free-range eggs and real butter, it’s a counter centrepiece the cabinet next door won’t have.
What you’re buying
Our wholesale range covers brownies, blondies, cookies and cakes. Everything is supplied in bulk, pre-cut and ready to serve — the same pieces we send our own customers.
Take them unwrapped for the counter, or individually wrapped for grab-and-go.
| Format | Piece size | Piece weight | Display life | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-cut, unwrapped | 6 × 7 × 4cm | 100–125g | 10 days | Counter displays, cake domes and plated desserts |
| Pre-cut, individually wrapped | 6 × 7 × 4cm | 100–125g | 14 days | Grab-and-go, takeaway and longer display life |
Cookies are 100g a piece; brownies, blondies and cakes are 110 - 125g a piece.
Every box holds the number of pieces shown on its product page — order as many boxes as you need, one flavour per box, as many flavours as you like.
What this means for your business
Your trade price is 50% of the RRP (recommended retail price) — once approved, log in and you’ll see it already applied across the shop.
Reorder on a schedule and it drops further by the subscription frequency discount.
And every order earns extra 10% back in Munchy Points — 1 point for every £1 you spend; 10 points earned add up to £1 off any future orders.
- RRP (recommended retail price) = the price a product sells to the public for. It is also what we charge in our own shop.
Every number below is a percentage of RRP, so the sums stay true whatever you order — now or as our range grows.
| How often you reorder | One-off | Every 2 months | Every 1 month | Every 2 weeks | Every 1 week |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Subscription discount | — | 5% | 10% | 15% | 20% |
| Your trade price % of our RRP | 50% | 47.5% | 45% | 42.5% | 40% |
| Your real cost % of our RRP, after points come back | 45% | 42.8% | 40.5% | 38.3% | 36% |
| Your profit margin % of our RRP | 55% | 57.2% | 59.5% | 61.7% | 64% |
“Your real cost” is your trade price minus the points that come back. Points arrive as credit on your next order, so they are worth most if you reorder regularly.
The margins assume you sell at our RRP — most stockists charge more. A café typically prices at RRP, an office or food hall a little above it, and a restaurant plating a piece as a dessert takes considerably more. Treat the last column as your floor, not your ceiling.
Wholesale FAQ
How do I become a stockist?
Two ways. The direct route: complete the B2B application at the bottom of this page — approved within 24 hours, with trade prices live on your account as soon as you log in. Or just message us first, by WhatsApp or email, and we’ll take it from there.
No contracts either way. Most new stockists order a box from the shop first to taste it — and we credit that against their first wholesale order.
What is the minimum order?
£100 an order, in whatever mix of boxes you like.
Each piece keeps for up to 10 days unwrapped, 14 days wrapped — plenty of time to sell through. There is no ongoing contract; order whenever you need.
Can I try before committing?
Yes — and it costs you nothing if you go ahead. Order any box from our online shop as your sample: a standard box at the usual price, so you taste exactly what your customers would.
When you place your first wholesale order, just tell us and we'll credit that purchase against it.
We don't do free samples — but for a serious buyer, there's no risk.
How is it priced?
Half our RRP, whatever you order — approved B2B accounts see trade prices already applied across the shop when they log in. Today that means £2.25 a brownie and £2 a cookie.
Reorder on a schedule and the price drops further — from 5% off for orders every two months to 20% off for weekly. Every order also earns 10% back in Munchy Points. The full sums are in the table above.
Do wholesale orders earn loyalty points?
Yes — exactly like every other order. You earn 1 point per £1 spent, and 10 points is £1 off a future order, so a £100 order comes back as £10 towards your next one.
It applies on top of your wholesale price, not instead of it.
Can you supply bulk orders for offices and events?
Yes — alongside our regular stockists, we supply one-off bulk orders for offices, corporate events, meetings and parties. The route is the same: apply for a B2B account below (approved within 24 hours), log in, and order at trade prices — same £100 minimum, delivered next-day tracked. Choose individually wrapped and every piece is ready to hand out — no plates, no cutting, no clearing up.
Prefer not to open an account for a one-off? You’re welcome to order from the shop at retail prices instead. And if it becomes a regular order, put it on a schedule and the subscription discount applies on top.
Do you deliver fresh or frozen?
Fresh. Everything is baked fresh and delivered next-day, ready to go straight on display.
Freezing is your call — sell what you need fresh and freeze the rest, and it keeps for up to 6 months. Nothing wasted, and you decide when to use it.
How long does it keep fresh?
It depends on how you take it.
• Pre-cut, unwrapped: 10 days on display.
• Pre-cut, individually wrapped in NatureFlex wraps: 14 days.
Either way, anything you are not using freezes for up to 6 months.
What formats can I order in?
Pre-cut portions — either unwrapped for the counter and plated service, or individually wrapped for grab-and-go.
Every range comes the same way — wholesale brownies, blondies, cookies and cakes. Piece sizes, weights and display life are in the table above.
Do you supply full trays, traybakes or slabs?
No — everything leaves our bakery pre-cut into finished portions. We do not supply uncut trays or whole slabs for you to cut down yourself.
That is deliberate, and it works in your favour: cutting in-house costs staff time and leaves you with uneven portions, offcuts and waste. Ours arrive at a consistent size, ready to price, display and serve. It is also the same stock we pick our retail orders from, so it moves quickly and reaches you fresh.
Piece sizes, weights and display life are in the table above.
How is it delivered?
Next-day tracked with Royal Mail, anywhere in the UK, on the schedule that suits you.
Quality
The standard behind every tray
Gina, our founder, is still the head baker — and still the one checking the trays before they go out. Everything is baked fresh at our Salford bakery, tasted before it leaves, and packed by the same team that made it. At the volume your orders need, without the shortcuts that volume usually brings.
That's the part your customers never see, and the part they taste. It's the standard we hold ourselves to as a wholesale supplier — and the reason stockists stay. When a brownie sits on your counter under your name, it should be one you'd have been happy to bake yourself.

Reliability
A partner built to supply you
Behind every order is our dedicated production bakery in Salford, Manchester — built to bake at volume, every day, without the shortcuts volume usually brings. It's why your Tuesday order tastes like your Friday one, why restocking takes two clicks, and why stockists treat us as part of their routine rather than a supplier they chase.
We're set up to supply you next week, next season, and the years after that.
