Everything clear and up front. This is where we lay out the detail — how we handle delivery, returns, cancellations, subscriptions, our terms and your privacy — so you always know exactly where you stand when you order from Munchyhub. If something isn't covered here, email hello@munchyhub.com and we'll happily help.

Shipping Policy

1. How much does delivery cost, and who delivers?

Delivery is free on all orders over £45. For orders under £45 a small delivery fee applies — the exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay, so there are never any surprises. Every order is sent on a next-day tracked courier service, chosen so your bakes arrive quickly and in the best possible condition. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.

2. How long does delivery take?

Everything is baked fresh, so we process orders within one working day. Order before 2pm with everything in stock and it's usually dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm — or that include something we need to bake to order — are dispatched the next working day. From dispatch, most orders arrive within 1–2 working days. We dispatch Monday to Saturday, and deliveries arrive Monday to Sunday.

3. Where do you deliver?

We deliver right across the UK — wherever you are, we'll bake fresh and send your order to your door. Munchyhub exists precisely because a proper treat shouldn't depend on living near a good bakery, so nationwide delivery sits at the heart of what we do. If you're ordering to a more remote address, delivery can occasionally take a little longer — your tracking will always keep you posted.

4. How do I track my order and stay updated?

You'll be kept in the loop at every stage. We confirm your order straight away, let you know the moment it's dispatched, and send a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time. Updates reach you however suits you best — by email, SMS and WhatsApp — so you're never left wondering where your treats have got to. If a delivery ever looks delayed or something doesn't seem right, just get in touch and we'll chase it up with the courier for you.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Can I return my order?

Because everything we make is freshly baked and perishable, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, taste or preference — the same reason you couldn't return a fresh loaf to a bakery. It's a food-safety and quality matter, not a lack of goodwill: if something is genuinely wrong with your order, we'll always put it right (see below).

2. What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect?

We take real care with every box, but if your order turns up damaged, incomplete or incorrect, we'll sort it. Just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the problem, so we can see exactly what's happened. Once we've reviewed and approved your claim, we'll arrange either a replacement or a refund — whichever works best for you.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel a one-off order as long as it hasn't been packed (sealed) or dispatched yet — once we've started sealing it up or it has left us, it's on its way and can't be cancelled or refunded. Ordered by mistake or need to make a change? Email us as quickly as you can at hello@munchyhub.com and we'll do our best to catch it in time. Subscriptions work a little differently — see the next question.

4. How do subscriptions and their cancellations work?

A subscription is a way to get your favourites on repeat at a better price — and because that price reflects an ongoing commitment, each plan comes with a minimum number of orders before it can be cancelled (an initial order plus a set number of repeats). In other words, you can't take a single order at the discounted subscription price and cancel straight away. The more often a plan repeats, the more orders make up that minimum, so please check the details of your chosen plan before you subscribe — they're shown clearly at checkout. You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription anytime from your account: you're free to cancel before a subscription has kicked in, and after that once you've reached the plan's minimum. As with any order, an individual subscription order that's already been packed or dispatched can't be cancelled or refunded.

5. How do refunds work?

Where a refund has been approved, we process it back to your original payment method. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank or card provider — usually a few working days. We'll always confirm by email once the refund has been issued from our side.

Terms & Conditions

1. What are your general terms?

In plain terms: all our products are subject to availability, and we may update or change our range at any time. Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies; we reserve the right to correct any errors or adjust prices. Your order is confirmed once payment is received — and if we ever can't fulfil an order you've paid for (for example, an ingredient shortage), we'll refund it in full. Everything is handmade, so small natural variations are part of the charm. We'll always do our utmost to get your order to you on time and in perfect condition, but a few things sit outside our control — courier delays, extreme weather, supply issues — and if one of those crops up, we'll be in touch quickly to put things right. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. How do you handle allergens?

Your safety matters to us, so we're completely upfront here. Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, among other ingredients — so while we take real care to avoid cross-contamination, we can't guarantee any product is free from a given allergen, and we don't currently offer certified gluten-free or vegan ranges. Full ingredient and allergen information is shown on every product page and on the label that comes with your order. If you have a serious allergy and you're at all unsure, please check with us at hello@munchyhub.com before ordering — we'd always rather you asked.

Privacy Policy

1. What personal information do you collect?

Only what we need to run your order and look after your account: your contact and delivery details (name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number), your payment details, your order and account history with us, anything you send us when you get in touch, and standard device and usage data such as your IP address and how you use our site. We collect this directly from you, automatically as you browse, and occasionally from the trusted providers who help us run the shop.

2. How do you use my personal information?

To provide the service — process your orders and payments, arrange delivery, manage your account and give you support; to send you marketing you've chosen to receive (and can opt out of at any time); to keep things secure and prevent fraud; and to meet our legal obligations. We only ever use your data for reasons you'd reasonably expect when ordering from us.

3. Do you share my data with anyone else?

Only with the partners who help us run Munchyhub — for example Shopify (which hosts our store), along with payment processors, delivery couriers, and the analytics and marketing providers who act on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may also share information where we're legally required to. We do not sell your personal data.

4. What rights do I have over my data?

You're in control. You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To make a request, just email hello@munchyhub.com and we'll take care of it. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're ever unhappy with how your data has been handled.

5. Do you use cookies?

Yes — and we mean the web kind, not the ones we bake (sadly, those don't travel well down a broadband cable 🍪). We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember what's in your basket, understand how the site is used, and — with your permission — to personalise and measure our marketing. You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings or our cookie controls.
