Keep your bakes in a cool, dry place or in the fridge, away from direct sunlight or heat. Each item is individually sealed to help maintain freshness — just leave them in their original packaging until you’re ready to enjoy them.

From the time your order is delivered, our bakes will keep fresh as follows (each piece is individually wrapped):

  • Room temperature or fridge: Fresh for up to 10 days.
  • Freezer: Fresh for up to 3 months.

Thawing before serving:

  • From fridge: Leave at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  • From freezer: Leave at room temperature for around 1–2 hours (larger items may take longer).

We offer fresh, same-day dispatch on all orders placed before our daily cut-off time, at 2:00 pm.

All products are baked to order and shipped using Next-Day tracked delivery services to ensure they arrive in the best condition. You will receive a tracking number / link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please make sure someone is available to accept the parcel on the expected delivery day — our products are perishable, and we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by missed deliveries or courier rearrangements.

We cannot accept returns on any of our products, as all items are perishable and made fresh to order. This means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of personal taste, preference, or change of mind.

Otherwise, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, missing items, or damage — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Not yet. At the moment, all of our bakes use traditional recipes with standard ingredients. However, we know that many of our customers are looking for alternatives, so we’re working on developinggluten-freeand other special-diet options. These will take some time to perfect, as we want them to taste just as good as our regular bakes — but they’re definitely on our roadmap for the future.

We don’t currently offer custom flavours or made-to-order bakes. However, you can choose from our range of mix & match boxes where available, allowing you to combine different products in one order.

We’re always testing new recipes and flavours, so keep an eye on our website and socials for new additions.

All of our bakes are freshly made by hand in our Manchester bakery, with local workforce, using carefully selected ingredients and our own tested recipes.

Every product is prepared, sealed, and packed on-site before being sent directly to you.
