1. What works best for an office or team?
The boxes of 12 go furthest, and cookies are the crowd-pleaser. Everything arrives individually wrapped — no knife, no plates, no crumbs in the keyboard — so it can sit in the kitchen or go straight round the room.
2. Can we set up a regular delivery for the team?
Yes — set up a subscription and fresh bakes land on the same day each week or month. Manage, pause or cancel it from your account; each plan's details (including its minimum number of orders) are shown before you commit.
3. Do you supply larger quantities for businesses?
We do — full trays for in-house cutting, pre-cut portions and individually wrapped bakes, supplied to cafés, offices and caterers UK-wide. See our Wholesale page to get in touch.
4. Can I send a box to a client or a colleague?
Absolutely — enter their address at checkout and it arrives next-day tracked, neatly packed and ready to hand over. A better thank-you than another branded pen.
5. What about allergies in the team?
We're upfront: our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so we can't guarantee any bake is allergen-free. Full ingredient and allergen information is on every product page — worth a scan before ordering for a group.
