Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled for orders placed with Munchyhub. Because our products are freshly made and perishable, special conditions apply.

Returns
We cannot accept returns on any of our products, as all items are perishable and made fresh to order. This means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons of personal taste, preference, or change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your case. If the claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement or a refund.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been packed (sealed) or dispatched. Once preparation has finished, or your order has been dispatched for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
