Shipping policy

This policy explains how we handle delivery for orders placed with Munchyhub.

Carriers and options
All products are baked fresh and shipped using Next-Day tracked delivery services to ensure they arrive in the best condition. You will receive a tracking number / link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 working day. Dispatch depends on when your order is placed and product availability:

• Orders placed before 2pm (and in stock) are usually dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 2pm, or containing out-of-stock items, are dispatched the next working day.

Most deliveries arrive within 1–2 working days after your order is dispatched.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees may vary depending on the option you choose. The final cost will always be shown at checkout.

Responsibility for delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier, although we'll do our best to remedy the problem. If you experience delivery issues, please contact us so we can assist with resolving the problem.
