This page explains the terms that apply when you shop with Munchyhub, either online or in our stores. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Products and services
All products are subject to availability. We may update, change, or remove items from our menu at any time.

Pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices or correct errors if needed.

Orders
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received. We may refuse or cancel an order if we are unable to fulfil it (for example, due to stock or ingredient shortages). If we are unable to fulfill an order that was paid for, we will refund that order.

Cancellations and refunds
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on cancellations, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds.

Accuracy of information
We aim to keep all product descriptions, ingredients, and allergen information accurate. However, as all our bakes are handmade, slight variations may occur. For allergens, please see the information on each product page and on delivery labels.

Liability
We always do our best to honour every order and make sure it arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, some circumstances are beyond our control. These may include courier delays, lost parcels due to courier error, extreme weather, supply problems, or out-of-stock ingredients that delay production.

If such a situation arises, we will contact you as soon as possible, or you can reach out to us directly so we can work towards a resolution.
