Yes — we bake fresh every day. With no preservatives, our bakes aren't made to sit around, and between online orders and our cafe they go fast.

So what reaches you is genuinely fresh, made the way you'd make it at home.

Not at the moment — each box is a single flavour, and there's a reason.

Mixing would mean breaking into several trays and leaving the rest to go stale, and we won't sell anything that isn't freshly baked.

There are also allergen concerns, so we don't want to mix things up.

One flavour per box keeps every piece at its best.

Not necessarily. Every order is sent next-day, fully tracked, with Royal Mail — so if you're out, you'll have convenient options to get your parcel, from arranging a redelivery to collecting it from your local Royal Mail.

Our flour is organic, and so is our raspberry jam. Everything else is chosen for quality: free-range eggs, real butter, proper Belgian chocolate and real fruit. We add no preservatives or artificial colours, and every ingredient is listed in full on each product page — sugar included, because a proper treat has some.

Some bakes include branded ingredients, like Nutella, Oreo or Lotus Biscoff, which go in exactly as their makers make them, with their ingredients listed too. We don't call our bakes "organic", because not every ingredient is.

We bake everything ourselves in our Salford / Greater Manchester bakery, and we also run a cafe that you can walk into, meet our team, and enjoy our bakes.

Munchyhub started because genuinely good, fresh treats were locked to whoever lived near a good bakery — so we set out to send that quality to any door in the UK.

It's sent by post with next-day tracked delivery, left safely at your door (or a neighbour's) without needing anyone in to sign for it.

It's a proper parcel rather than a slim letterbox box — around 5–6cm tall, 25-30cm wide and 40-45cm long — so it won't go through a standard letterbox. That's because our products are proper BIG, we're not giving you just bites :)
